ZUMBA®  is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic and effective fitness system!

Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a ZUMBA® class because you don’t have to know how to dance.

ZUMBA® is a cardio-based workout with components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body and achieve any desired fitness goals.

The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to provide a blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

What you need to get started:

v  Wear comfortable active clothing that is not restrictive and allows appropriate cooling for the thermoregulation of the body.

v  Wear comfortable shoes, with plenty of cushion and lateral support. An aerobics shoe, court shoe or jazz sneaker is appropriate.

v  Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after the cardio party.

v  Participants of any fitness level can start ZUMBA® Basic right away. But, with any new fitness program, listen to your body and work at your own pace.
