daycare, so children under 5 years of age are not
permitted unattended.

Children must be able to
sit quietly in the seating space provided, no shouting,
running, or disruptions will be allowed for their own
safety.

Children cannot sit on
the roller rink floor or on the step entering the floor.

ZUMBA®
is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates
Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a
dynamic and effective fitness system!
Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a ZUMBA®
class because you don’t have to know how to dance.
ZUMBA®
is a cardio-based workout with components of
resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body and achieve
any desired fitness goals.
The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the
body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to provide a blended balance of
cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
What you need to get started:

Wear comfortable active clothing that is not restrictive and allows
appropriate cooling for the thermoregulation of the body.

Wear comfortable shoes, with plenty of cushion and lateral support.
An aerobics shoe, court shoe or jazz sneaker is appropriate.
v
Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after the
cardio party.
v
Participants of any fitness level can start
ZUMBA®
Basic right away.
But, with any new fitness program, listen to your body and work at
your own pace. |
